How long does it take to receive an order?

We ship every week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Depending on your location, you should receive your order either one or two days after shipment. Shipments are processed ground, next day air or 2nd day air. You may also schedule a shipment on a future date.

Can I select the method of shipment?

You may select to ship overnight, 2nd day air or ground but we reserve the right to change the method based on our desire to have our products arrive in the freshest condition to preserve their quality.

How sanitary is your facility?

We are USDA and FDA Certified and Certified Organic on certain products. We meet or exceed the requirements with all rules and regulations concerning sanitation. There is an inspector on site every day our smokehouse is in operation.

How do I send multiple gifts to multiple addresses?

That is an extremely simple process. You can fill out individual orders with different shipping addresses, or feel free to call us at (800) 324-3119 Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM EST and we will be happy to help you bring the goodness of the Hudson Valley to your friends and loved ones. Our goal is to make it easy for you to do business with us.

How do I become informed of special offers or sales?

Once you become a customer of ours we will continue to keep you informed as we make changes and grow our product line as well as offer special pricing. We look forward to our customers providing us continual feedback and we will always solicit your comments.

Can I request a greeting card to be sent with my gift?

On request we will have a personalized message delivered with your order. In the future we will offer a selection of greeting cards.
