Both our hams and turkeys are fully cooked and ready to eat. Heating them only enhances the flavor.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Remove the ham and/or turkey from the packaging. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the meat, but not touching the bone. Place the turkey and/or ham on a rack above some water or beer and cover with foil. Bake the ham for 1 hour and the turkey 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F. Remove the foil and bake for 30 minutes more or until thermometer registers 165 degrees F.
