Kielbasa or Chicken Sausage Salad
Ingredients:
- 10 oz. Kielbasa or Chicken Sausages- Julienne
- 10 oz. NY Smoked Cheddar- Julienne
- 6 oz. pickles- Julienne
- 2 oz. red onions sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons Chatellier's Gourmet Mustard
- 2-3 tablespoons plain white vinegar
- salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 1-3 teaspoons chopped chives
- 4 red radishes sliced or shredded
- 4 hard-boiled eggs to decorate
- Boston lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Combine julienne sausage, cheese, pickles and onion. Mix in the mustard, vinegar, some pickle juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
Toss well and marinate for 2 hours.
Arrange on Boston lettuce leaves, decorate with chives radishes and eggs (sliced)
