Packaging

Every HudsonValleySmokehouse.com product is carefully packed in a container designed for its contents and surrounded by an insulating material that forms a protective barrier. We can include a personalized gift message.

Shipping Info

We deliver to the continental United States, no out of country deliveries. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, as well as APO addresses.

To ensure freshness, we ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Second Day Air and overnight delivery services are available. Depending on your location, we may limit your options to 2nd Day Air, or Overnight delivery to ensure the product quality upon arrival. We do not ship on the weekends.  We try to process orders as quickly as possible (usually 1-2 business days). During the holiday season please be aware that orders may take extra time to process due to heavy volume.

Your order will be filled exactly as ordered whenever possible. However, when a shortage of a certain item occurs or we have that item on back order we will contact you for further instructions.
