We are the only smokehouse in the Northeast offering Certified Organic Smoked Meats.


What makes us Unique?

It starts with high quality meats and fish, and ends with processing the "old fashioned way". This means that our meats are purchased directly from high quality sources that have proven themselves over the years. For example, the pigs we use for bacon are specifically bred for that purpose and result in a meatier, thinner and more lean end product. In addition, all our fish, is FDA certified.


About our Processing. . .

We don't rush Mother Nature. All our meats, and fish, are slow smoked, resulting in less shrinkage and a more moist and tender product, enhancing the flavor. We don't pump up the meats with water or phosphates, nor add scraps or fillers of any kind. Our meats, and fowl are hand boned, and not formed or rolled.
